The last several weeks we have been worried about my SL dad. He got very sick and we were afraid for him, but he’s on the mend. I’m very grateful for my friends who have been praying for him every day. It is a great relief for me. I have known him for going on ten years. He’s seen me through my worst, seen me at my best and he stuck around as family. My whole family in SL is amazing and supportive. I am blessed to have them all in my life.
On another note, I managed to let myself become overwhelmed again by taking on too much. With my SL dad being sick and my RL dad having dementia, it’s been pretty stressful. I feel like I fall back into the “yes girl” all over again when people come to me asking me if I want to do something. It doesn’t matter what it is…I guess being overwhelmed at times doesn’t help that. I have to be very careful when I respond to people’s requests to not add to much onto my plate.
I’m going to keep this short and just close out here. I’ve made some videos for my channel that I’ll process sometime today or this weekend so look for that. One of them is about my favorite hobby: DFS farming. Hope you like it. I’ll see you all later, Adventurites! Stay safe! ~LA
