Mele Kalikimaka! When I was growing up, I watched a lot of Elvis Presley on AMC network. I enjoyed all of his old movies from Hawaii. They reminded me of the time my family lived there. Christmases were the best. My favorite was when my mom would take us to see Santa… of course I would love that part… Because you know… SANTA!!!!! Not to sound “self-absorbed” or anything but Christmas is one of my favorite times of year and it’s not because of presents or anything like that.
It’s because I get to spend one more Christmas with family… and then right after is my birthday and I get to celebrate one more year being on this earth, cancer free. That’s something to celebrate… So Mele Kalikimaka, my friends! May your season be bright and merry! May all the blessings come your way!
